per installare directx usiamo directx_Jun2010_redist, digitate c:\dx e dopo installate normale con dxsetup
per installare quicktime usiamo QuickTimeInstaller, molto importante che a fianco ci sia QuickTimeInstallCache.qdat altrimenti non parte, installiamo normale poi facciamo il player andiamo in PREFERENCE/QUICKTIME PREFERENCE/VIDEO SETTINGS/ selezioniamo GDI

se stiamo usando VMWARE dobbiamo installare per prima cosa IE7-WindowsXP-x86-ita, poi wmp11-windowsxp-x86-IT-IT, dopo che si ravvia installiamo Firefox Setup 52.0.2, se ancora non accede si controlla in vmware network adpater/network connection bridged e si seleziona la nostra connessione
